Re: Mortgages During Family Visa Process

Not sure if this will help you but I've got a mortgage while on Tier 2 General visa without any issues (bank name has 4 letters so easy to guess)

Re: ILR PAYSLIP query

As CR001 suggested above it's better for U apply after U'll have at least one payslip with qualifying salary. Also U can apply now but most likely Ur application will be refused because salary requirements weren't met.

Re: Tourist visa for baby born in the UK? (TIER2 parents)

as CR00 mentioned above U can't apply for 2 different visas at the same time also take into account time which U'll need to spend abroad until U'll receive tourist visa for Ur daughter.

Re: Refusal of Tier 2 General - COS 0

Out of curiosity did U see Ur CoS before applying for visa or Ur company just provided a number for U? as from refusal letter it's clearly visible that CoS was UCoS instead of RCoS

Re: Urgent - Sponsorship/COS withdrawn while change of emloyment application in process

Please excuse me for the bad news but from what U're saying U have no chance to stay legally in UK without leaving it and reapplying and there's why: - if U'll apply for AR this will be refused and U'll become overstayer so won't be able to apply for a visa - if U'll apply for AR and in the meantime...

Re: changed employer after 3 months( tier 2 visa)

AFAIK there's no such restriction also it might look a bit suspicious. On the other side Ur new employer will have to provide U with UCoS and do RLMT

Re: Tier 2 Visa Refusal

As Ur visa expired and U've got a refusal I'd say U have to leave also even if Ur employer would like to increase Ur salary he'd need to do another RLMT test in case there's someone qualified already in the UK

Re: Unrestricted CoS - Apply from outside UK

Don't like to bring sad news but for the new hire from outside of UK U need RCoS + RLMT as UCoS only to be used when switching employer from inside the UK

Re: Please help... Is my colleague at risk of overstaying?

as CR001 mentioned above she should apply before her visa ends also assuming that CoS is actually valid. Also I think that RLMT should be done as well but might be mistaken

Re: Applying for tier 2 general application

I assume dates for October will be available later and regarding Ur family if U're planning to bring them with U then U have to apply together. So U can complete dependant application for them and plan same time slot in the embassy

Well sad news - U can't convert to TIER 2 General (while in UK) and U'll have to wait for 1 year cooling period back in India before applying to TIER 2 G

Well officially RLMT is for other candidates and U can't apply directly to the advert during advertising period but in real world U know that U're preselected so U don't have to worry about other candidates

Re: Visa refused

I'd say no point to go through another review as U can't prove that HO made a mistake. U'll definitely have an issue with future applications to UK because of over stay other countries shouldn't be affected IMHO. Last point I'd say U have 7 days from receiving the letter.

I'd say U either have to book Ur premium appointment before Ur visa expiration or cancel that and send application through the post. Yes refund applicable if U cancel premium appointment in advance

Re: Tier 2 G to ILR (salary spike 6 months before application)

as previous member mentioned HO might be interested why U didn't reapply for another visa (after fresh RLMT) as U obviously have a different position with a high salary which potentially could be granted to someone from UK. I wish all the best but please consider a strong ground during Ur application

Thank you for replying so quickly. Sorry--I left out an important piece of information. When I get back is 6 weeks before I have to leave for the UK. They say it takes 15 business days, and 6 weeks gives me 30. But if there's a long wait period then things start to get tight. U can apply for premiu...
