JR stands for Judicial your solicitor might send the dept a warning letter making the officer know that they might be going to court for litigation.

Thank you guys for yr advise I have been to a solicitor in September my solicitor has already ask for a decision on my application. Solicitor also explained all my dealings to dept how I did vetting twice still no approval. Ever since September it's been complete silence.

Guys do ye think there would be more approval before the next ceremony in December I got my second vetting viewed in February this year. I was expecting large volume of approvals.

I was vetted in January early this year for second time disclosure viewed in February. Still in the same Job. No approval yet

@ unsung.hero believe if there's is any discrepancies on my application the depth should let me know instead of repeatable response. Don't get it tho

My first vetting was done last year June 2021. Then they sent me another evetting in January 2022 that the minister requested an upto date vetting and disclosure was viewed in February 2022 until now no approval. Working full time. Am confused

I think its worth going to a solicitor at this stage,,,, I need to arrange all my salary to a solicitor in July to assist me...This is a beat torture and a way of wickedness. NO transparency.

Guys can E-vetting be carried out twice a year? On one application. I did my E-vetting in June 2021 disclosure was viewed in July. In January 2022 I got another upto date E-vetting invite disclosure viewed in February. Since then no more letter. Can I get 3rd vetting again. This is really frustratin...
