Tier ICT to Tier General

Apologies if this is a repeated query. Situation is two spouses, one was on a Tier 2 ICT from May 2013 to May 2018. The ICT dependent spouse then obtained Tier 2 General sponsorship from August 2018 to August 2023 (when qualify for ILR). The spouse who had the ICT is back working in the UK as a depe...

Re: July 2018 restricted COS

Refused at 40 due to not meeting minimum cut-off points for the month. Oh that is crap! I guess that is me also even though i havent received a from my lawyers yet. I know HR will try to claim that we are far off but i would be able to convince my employer to apply in August if there is a big chanc...

Re: July 2018 restricted COS

Ooo f**k u are right, sorry my question is misleading :) Anyway, was asking if anyone is waiting for Rcos from within the UK like me :) I understood what you meant! I spent several months waiting in the UK for RCOS on 44 or 45 pts (Tier 2 ICT dependant) but had to leave in May when that visa expire...

Would be great if it was the same day as England gets a win. Total happiness! We're coming home.

Re: July 2018 restricted COS

Congratulations to everyone who got approvals after many many months of waiting. What exciting news!!!! Thank god they changed the rules. I've been in the same boat as you guys and know exactly how it feels. What a roller coaster!! At least we will appreciate being in the UK even more now having wai...

Re: June 2018 Restricted COS

I want to just say something and put this out somewhere- I REALLY WANT THIS TO BE OVER FOR EVERYONE STUCK BUT SPECIALLY FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN STUCK SINCE DECEMBER. THIS IS JUST UNFAIR. IF THERE IS SOME HIGHER POWER, THIS WILL BE OVER SOON! And I know this is stupid, but just wanted to say it. Th...

Re: May 2018 Restricted COS

Anyone had luck with a raise? After re-advertising the RLMT with a competitive salary, my employer gave me a partial raise but I am still in the 45 points range for June as the final application. I've explained how short-sighted that is but it's been their past performance on retention so it was not...

Re: May 2018 Restricted COS

My company's immigration consultant and employer are also completely clueless. They keep functioning on hope which is odd for a company that works in risk management. Until last Sunday when my Tier 2 ICT dependant visa expired, I lived and worked in the UK for 5 years. My employer has been applying ...

Re: May 2018 Restricted COS

Hi all, Just heard I was refused at 44 points - £44k salary non-shortage. Been trying since Feb - I asked my employer for this at the wrong time apparently. Been working for a UK Employer since 2013 on a Tier 2 ICT Dependant visa which expires in 5 days so will be leaving the country and potentially...
