May be his employer might have used different pay or some thing to get cos .....I am too wondering g how did this happen

Yeah I reconfirmed it .....his pay was 45009£ and no PhD or anything ...ll work in urology as junior doctor so not on SOL .....I am still confused and distressed too ....can't understand cos s**t. ....can undestand what's going on in home department

One of my ex colleague got it 45p 46k pay and non SOL

He told me himself

Heard some of ppl with 45k gross pay and 45 point getting cos ....I am waiting with 45k pay
