There was no reason given or any apology. You can try your MP but I didn't have much luck with mine. I think the BRP came before he could even ask about it. It's mostly just a waiting game I'm afraid. Mine took almost 12 weeks

I applied on February 7th hopeful. I have lost all hope now.

I feel like we're being penalised for no reason.
It takes British passports a matter of weeks to get re-issued and yet we have to wait nearly 6 months. It's incredibly unfair
