Also for proof of property ownership would a mortgage statement be enough or would I have to get property deeds ?

Spouse Visa Extension

Hi all
Just wanted to ask does the sponsor have to send original or copies of there passport or birth certificates if copies do they have to be stamped by a solicitor.
Also do the bank statements need to be stamped by the bank?

Also on the application would my copies of my passport have to be in colour as it states in the application.Im worried as I have sent all my copies over to my wife but they are in black and white.It seems like as if it’s one thing after another.

Ok thanks for the heads up.My wife can’t currently get even a date to submit her documents in Moscow.what courier did use as previously when I’ve send paperwork from uk to Moscow it’s very slow I’m worried it wouldn’t get there in time.

Make sure you apply for the correct fiancé visa as there are two types I found out too late.I did submit a property report showing who’s living in the property not sure if it’s a must but better to be safe.

Yeah unfortunately i didn’t realise there was two types.So now just trying to work out how to send the supporting documents and also is it just the online form from the ukvisa website or do also have to put VAF 4A financial form.Its all so confusing lol

No not from the advice I’ve been given.we initially made the made the mistake of applying for fiancé visit visa instead of the fiancé settlement visa.so would have to apply from outside uk.
