Just received it today it came with the supporting documents in the same parcel all good 5 year route

Hi guys I am a bit anxious as my wife’s brp is received it says spouse/partner leave to remain for 2.5 years extension. But no decision letter now I am worried as I don’t know if it is 5 year route or 10 year route also I have not received my submitted documentation
