Send letter and address to the person that reply you last to request for temporary stay that you can understand they ve large volume of applications till they finalize your decision on your application.

You can't apply for two application same time first you need to be granted Eu5 before you can go for Eu3 and you need to see the first our come before you can apply for work permit just give your work appointment date that is far by that they will know you will renew late and you can still keep your...

You will get a response before the last day before your card expire just book a date ahead in case they grant you if not you can apply for review as well...

Keep it to yourself until you finish the divorce and your ex still need to be in country working then you can be grant EU5 if not you are not qualify for Eu5 you never know if you people can come back together so keep it to yourself until you finish the divorce....

divorse time depends on your solicitor if you have one or your wife too if she is helping you, if you have the right documents it should take a month at average. in my case it took long time because they did not accept my POA in the begining as it was not according to the Latvian law. hope it helps...

Not easy task I mean is that going back to your country and wait for the reply about the visa permit maybe they will grant you or not ...He got separate from the girl friend and they stop the EU fam card he never to leave the country to apply for the work permit .
