You said you worked in 5 places, out of only one paid you in cash.
So did you submitted bank statement as 2nd proof(atleast for 4 work place ) it should match with your salary slips.

Assuming worse case, will employment period in 4 places gives you sufficient point to qualify?

If you are keeping required funds in saving account and providing
proper bank statement there should be no problem.

can you please clarify what you confirmed by calling HO

ChildCare Vouchers

My company have a policy where in you can get childcare vouchers(BusyBee) against a portion of salary sacrifice and this helps in reducing your overall tax liability. As a HSMP migrant one cannot use 'Public funds' I did bit of research to ensure that using these vouchers is not considered under pub...

You should be fine. Just explain all this in cover letter.
If you want to put in more effort for peace of mind, it might be worth getting it attached from your home country HighCommission in the UK.

i totally agree. All i am suggesting is let them decide if application is eligible for review or not. If they say yes, at no additional cost you can request for review-it might take around a month though to get a review response.

If they say no, only option is to re-apply.

Re-apply is a clean /safe case-side effect extra money. I also had similar issue. However check with UK embassy if you are eligible for review case. I came to know about this when I directly spoke to them. Also you add provide additional documents when requesting for review. I used that option.(revi...

Guys , to extend your leave to remain under Tier one we need to fill section 3 C of the form. I am sure of this as all of my friend who are on HSMP filled this section, got it approved and it makes logical sense as well looking at the form. Section 3 - Tier 1 (General) Detailsetails A) Is the applic...
