Hello My mother and father were both born in Cape Town South Africa in 1950 and 1953. They met in Rhodesia and I was born in Rhodesia 1971. My parents were not born in the UK. I have my grandmother's and Great Grandfather's birth certificate and currently trying to obtain my great grandmother's birth certificate.

Having checked online with the NCS for Gloucestershire County Council, they have advised they no longer offer the service for passport checking. So does this mean I cannot apply for BC and passport through NCS ?
