Also when they ask for additional info they also mention about in which email id they want document to be sent

Thanks ariff . they told they can escalate only after my Standard time of 8 weeks will be passed. They did not told me the status. Looks like this was number of UKVCAS(sopra Steria)

This was the first post I have read using standard service, not sure whats the reason for such a long wait for others
