Yes, they say that I have to speak to the Home Office.
But, I don't understand. Why does it say it has been delivered.

Hi, I am supposed to receive my BRP card via DX courier today. Although, upon tracking my package, the website reads, ''item delivered and is signed for". So, just to be clear -- they don't send an email but just the approval letter and then the BRP card, am I right?

Did you receive your approval letter in 5 working days or your BRP in 5 working days?

So, how is the process like? Do you receive an e-mail stating your decision has been made, and then the documents are sent? Or, do you just receive your documents along with the VISA?
