Re: FLR(FP) Application time

Hello,

If anyone ever emailed HO after submitting their extension to request a review abount access to public funds, would you kindly share how you did it?

If I need to contact HO about this, what would be the best way to do so?

Thank you

Re: FLR(FP) Application time

How can one understand the Home Office when some wait 11 months but others will have to experience an 11 months plus delay?

So unfair.

Re: FLR(FP) Application time

Well, the Home office lady at the Croydon Centre who checked my application said there's a 11 months wait for these to be processed. It's ridiculous! I applied in February so not really hopeful. I need a decision as soon as possible! My Partner is 7 months pregnant and we need a larger accommodation...

Re: FLR(FP) Application time

Hello, Yes, if you live as a family unit and I would guess that you both have parental responsibility for your child then yes, you must enter your your partners details as the form asks. If you both have responsibility for the child then you shouldn't select sole responsibility for yourself. I don't...

Re: FLR(FP) Application time

Hello Flyer2pk, Can you share the link where you saw this 7 year thing you mentioned? From what I know, a child born in the UK and spending 7 years here can apply for FLR FP(which was my case) and from then on, more likely to be put on a 10 year route(ILR only after 10 years). In my case, we all got...

I also read this when searching for this topic. It seems it does not apply for FLR but it does apply for ...
