If she qualifies for a student visa and gets admission to a qualifying educational institution and a CAS then yes, but she would not be permitted to work for more than 20 hours per week. that woud be fine. one more question.. There is no 'au pair' visa either. Is there a particular reason that it must be this particular person from Cuba?? I'm from the Cayman Islands moving abroad with a baby alone, I would like to go with someone I know and trust. Could she also get a student visa for a college degree and be an au pair ...
