My wife is on tier 2 ict dependent visa expiring 14 oct 2018. Can she apply for tier 4 general from within uk if the course start date is mid september. Whts the rule here?

I am currently in uk on tier 2 ict visa expiring in oct 2018. My wife is applying for tier 4 from india. My query is would there be an issue if my wife and child gets the tier 4 visa from india and i can later covert to tier 4 dependant when they are back in september. Kindly let me know if you see ...
