My HR just told me they did not get any decision from October 2018 application. Does this mean we need to wait to November for the outcome? or we need to apply for Nov. again? RCOS rejected as we didn’t scout the UK market enough. Anyone knows what is this?

Employer will reapplying for next month. Things that needs to be taken care of this time?
