@Mark_ir Hello, No any update yet, we send them reminder and they said they will process soon with chronological order. I applied Student scheme as well before it ended.

@mark_ir What nationality his child will get then? his child will stateless in this case. I think JR is also good option and he can apply Student scheme as well.

@mark_ir They want to but its not easy for them. The child will go Stateless. Is child can hold Dual citizenship? All the facts count.. Do they have Solicitors . And are they going to Challenge in High court? Can you get more info please.

@mark_ir There is No Law for revoke IBC revoke citizenship. Its not from naturalisation its by birth.

@wifeofaking Postman might dropped to wrong address, And they asking you after 1 year . Why they havn't asked you before, when they not heard any respond from you in month they should have sent you another letter.

@Mark_ir My solicitor advising to me apply under Student scheme as well because I arrive as student in 2007. I do not even know that I am eligible or not and Not even solicitors and MRCI knows who is eligible, very grey area. And if I applied what will happen to my Zambrano Application.
