I am in the same situation as yours.I signed the consent order and they refused it with the right of appeal.I have appealed. I have completed 10 years.
I wanted to know if my 3c leave has been extended since the intial rejection?

I applied for Flr(fp) which was rejected by the H.O, then I went for JR. I have got right to appeal and have completed my 10 years in U.K. How do I apply for ILR? What options do I have in this case? If this is a repeat post please guide me to the right post.Thank you
