just a normal BRP letter stating 1 month visa on passport and may 2021 visa will be in brp collect at the respective post office

Today Got an email from Legal team who submitted my application to UKVI on behalf of my employer.
My application is approved and they are waiting for BRP to come.

Received my documents today, the application has been approved (yay!) on the 17th August, so 10-11 working days decision in my case Best of luck with your applications, everyone So even after taking decision the have not emailed or posted approval letter . New company is a big company and future extensions wont be any problem. Hence wanted to switch but
I was wondering if HM might reject the employment change because of change of salary.

can you please help with below scenario.

I am currently in UK with Tier 2 G for salary of 52k. its only been two months.
Now I have got a new sponsor which is a fortune 500 company. They are offering 39K + benefits.

Can you please advise if this is a wise step to change employer.
