i think you are wrong they are looking police clereances from your country of origin and all the other countries you have resided before coming to Ireland so you should contact the relavant embassies not the garda station in order to obtain police clereance cert

It’s good to hear the update, me too submitted the application for LTR on 15th August 2006, I didn’t hear anything at all yet, or asked for any other documents, Is the processing very very slow or they lost my file? I tried to ring them but couldn’t get through I can see Maria applied on 14th ...

Just an add on , the real problem with the LTR is , its not in law yet that LTR should be granted to person who has 5 yeras legal residence in ireland, they are processing appllications as an Administrative scheme, and of course its a law in all other parts europe execept Denmark and UK, all these c...

LTR

I think they are delaying the processing of applications in purpose, I mean it doesn’t take more than a hour to find out you are eligible or not, then why does it take too long surely they cant have more than 10000 applications , we have accept the fact that Foreigners are not welcome here , :x

Goverment is making a fortune from Immigrant's

Irish govenment is milking the immigrants nicely , by charging them 1500 for work permits, 100 for Registration (even if you have unlimited WP they will only give permission to remain stamp for only one year),100 for re-entry visa, and if you have Fly this could be much more and the sad thing is they...

The only thing about LTR is that the entitlement is not covered by any law, which means its entirely up to them to say yes on no to the applicant, I guess there is nothing we can do apart from waiting(source of this info is a solicitor) Good luck to everyone who waiting for a decision,I have been wa...
