This be seem like a really dumb question but how are you guys calculating your points?

My employer said I need 70 total point 30 of which is the certificate of sponsorship.

Should I assume if we haven't heard for today it's over and to wait for tomorrow?

New here just want to know what to expect as I'm anxious like many of you.
