When to apply for ILR (SET M)

Hello folks, my wifes FLR (M) visa expires in September. However she will have been resident in the UK as a spouse 5 years in June. Can my wife apply for ILR now or does she have to wait until 28 days before her current visa expires?

You can use Danske Bank as they have a commercial office in Dublin and will cash the Euro Bankers Draft from there. I used this myself a few months ago. But you have to have an account. My father has an account so he went into his branch with me.

Application and passports received on 28th September as per An Poste tracking. No further communication until I sent a few emails at the end of October. Passports returned at the start of November but there was no first or second stage letter nor was there a receipt for the bankers draft.
