It says you can't make an application more than 28 days before the end of the Spousal Visa. How can you book an appointment 42 days prior to expiry of the Visa then? I have already ...

My wife is coming to the end of her 2nd spousal visa and is applying for ILR. I ( husband ) am British. On the online application it is asking whether she is applying as a Tier 1 or Tier 2 dependent. Anyone know which it is . Tks , Simon

Tks for that . The UC is in my name and my wife's earnings are taken into account so without her earnings the UC would be higher.

My wife is nearing the end of second term of spousal Visa and will be applying for ILR status. While she meets the income requirement I am claiming Universal Credit ( I am a UK citizen entitled to recourse to public Funds ) . Will this affect the decision at all?
