Well lets say for argument sake if they do extra checks etc for some nationalites, however if you done nothing wrong which i am sure you have not, there is nothing to worry about and i am sure you will get yours soon.

I received 2006 version as almost everyone on this forum, they said they are rolling it out in phases and it will not be until next year when everyone starts to receive new version.

Up to you whether you apply now or wait until these are a year old, but if you apply I strongly advise you to mention these penalties on your application. I called IPS today they have my application on the system but saying i have to wait for the reference number when i receive my letter so they wouldn't give it to me?
