Why does this matter ? Wait to get the BRP.
I am just worrying that the visa caseworker granted the visa to me by mistake, rather than to my child...

Hope I am overconcerned... Thank you very much Zimba as always. I will keep this post updated.

Help! Applied SET(F) for my child, but the e-mail from UKVI is writen on my name!

This morning, I applied a settlement visa for my child, who is only 2 years old. I'm his father and his sponsor. In the afternoon, I received an e-mail from UKVI, says the visa has been granted. However, the e-mail is sent on my name, not my child's name! Furthermore, the e-mail is not sent to the e...

Re: My photograph on the BRP card doesn't include my whole face

Update: I got a reply from home office today saying they have sent me a biometric enrolment letter. HOWEVER, they think that I want to change my DoB, rather than my photograph... I have replied them saying my DoB is correct, but my photograph is wrong... I just worry that they have already cancelled...

Re: My photograph on the BRP card doesn't include my whole face

Report it. https://www.gov.uk/biometric-residence-permits/report-problem Thank you for your advice. I have reported this issue three days ago, but has not got any reply yet. Do I need to report again if I didn't get a reply after 5 working days? I just worry that the UK board agent will take my BRP...

My photograph on the BRP card doesn't include my whole face

Hi, I recently received my BRP card. However, my photograph on the card is very strange. My face is very big, and my neck, shoulder, right ear are not included in the photograph. This is definitely not a standard passport photograph. Other information, such as DoB and name are all correct. Shall I r...

I always used Croydon and never had any issues. It is the centre with the more senior caseworkers.

I cannot answer your question but seeing the problems posters are having getting appointments I would hang on to the one you have! We went to Croydon in November 2016 and it was fine. What kind of problems are you reading about?
Just from the Google reviews...

If I click 'reschedule appointment', will I lose my existing appointment immediately?

If I click 'reschedule appointment' in my account, will I lose my existing premium service appointment immediately? Or my existing appointment will be retained until I got a new one?

This is because my existing premium centre is Croydon, but I've seem a lot of complains about the centre...

Hi, have you got any solution for your issue? I'm having the same problem at the moment.
