Thanks Wunder. But how will they know, because as per the letter from home office I received with ILR my the date on my deemed immigration restrictions were lifted on 10/12/2005.

Hi, I came to the UK on 10/12/2005 on my HSMP to look for a job(successfull!), returned to India in Jan - till March 2006 (3 months) to complete by notice period. Came back to UK and joined my new employer from April 2006. I received my ILR in Mar 2010, but also received a letter from home office ...
