If you're confused, save time and apply through an experienced solicitor. Taking too many different suggestions is not the best. Hi all, I made an application in May 2018 for naturalisation as a non EU spouse of Irish citizen. It should be a straightforward application as I have always worked full time, never committed any sort of crime, never received any sort of benefit etc.. Has anyone here who submitted application early May got an approval? I submitted early May and I am kind of hopeful although I know a lot of people wait a very long time so not banking on it. When did you apply? Unfortunately, no application for Irish citizenship is simple unless you're lucky. Just do your part and wait; there's nothing else you can do.
