As long as you're not exceeding the limited hours in your Tier 4.

Only if your Tier 2 is successful, you'll be allowed to work full time.

Re: Switching from Tier-2 ICT to Tier-4 dependent visa inside the UK

Yes it is always the best way to have a discussion with the international visa team in your wife's university on your circumstances. I read that my wife can study with the Tier-2 ICT dependent visa, But we want to transfer it to Tier-4, Would that be allowed even that she still have like 2 years lef...

Funds must be in an account that bears the name of the applicant. If your UK account is a joint one, that would do as well.
Problem here is, getting the bank statements authorised by the bank. You will need to send it to the applicant. Do discuss this with your university visa team as well.

Re: Tier 2 ICT dependent to Tier 4 General (Bachelor or Master level)

As Tier 4 dependent, you are eligible to work full time (See paragraph 319D(b)(iii) of the Immigration Rules). You will have to discuss with your employer if they can allow you to continue in your current role. I believe this is possible only if the Tier4 Student is applying for a course which is a...

Re: Travelling outside UK during term time

It is always good if you can get your absence authorised by the university as they are your sponsors. I would like to know whether it is safe to travel outside UK during term time, so that I don't face any immigration issues? Unauthorised absences with poor attendance record will lead to immigration...

Re: Can I apply for tier 4 visa if rejected from tier 2 partner visa?

Hi, I'm just wondering if it is possible to apply for a tier 4 student visa if I don't receive a tier 2 partner visa that I am applying for? I already have acceptance into a postgraduate program that can sponsor a tier 4 visa. In case if your Tier 2 Dependant visa is declined, you can apply for Tie...

Re: Bank statement Urgently Needed for Tier visa 4 application

Funds need to have been held for a period of AT LEAST 28 DAYS before the application. As it says "before the application", most applicants, to be on safer side, wait for the end of 28th day and submit the application on 29th day, which is fine too. That's what your univ advisor has said. In your cas...

Re: Bank statement Urgently Needed for Tier visa 4 application

Off topic but would know how 28 consecutive days are counted? For example, is today the 21th to tomorrow the 22nd considered 1 day or two consecutive days? If the first day for your funds is 21st Dec then 28th day falls on 17th Jan 2019. You can submit statements with your visa application on the s...

Re: Bank statement Urgently Needed for Tier visa 4 application

They are saying the UKVI only accepts bank statements from a company that is international and trading in more that one country. This is to avoid anyone claiming to hold funds from a dodgy company. As you know, UKVI accepts bank statements only from its approved banks. My case is not a letter of sp...
