No, it has a centre number, candidate number, the date and the result, among other things. But it does not state a UKVI number. The ECO's reason for refusal was due to it not being an approved centre, which is nonsense.

No, we didn't include any. It was not a problem for her previous visas. Why do you think they would not simply contact us first? We can supply anything they need. We actually stated this in our cover letter.
