Tier 2 visa curtailment-Discretionary powers

Dear All, I am currently awaiting my curtailment letter, but I have some doubts with regard to the discretionary powers mentioned in the curtailment guidance. 1). I have a dependent child under 18 with me, Will that come under "discretion" when deciding to curtail my leave to remain? 2). If casework...

Tier 2 to Tier 4

Dear all,

I have a doubt which I have not been able to clarify. Is it possible for a person to switch from a Tier 2 visa (general) into a tier 4 visa? I already have a PhD which I gained in the UK.

All your expert advice will be greatly appreciated.

Kindest Regards,

Re: does BIOMETRIC card get TAKEN by UKVCAS

in the old application method, You have to send your BRP to the HO and once your application is successful they send you your new BRP. In the new UKVCAS way, you retain all your originals, that means your BRP too, which i think you must either destroy it or contact the UKVI to see what to do with i...

Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Hi guys! This question is for people who have received their BRPs. Did DX email or message you before delivering the BRP? if so when did they message? the day before or the morning of the delivery? For those you have used solicitors for their applications, did you personally get the BRPs or did your...

Agreed!

Also wise not to trust UKVI to deliver services as promised I guess! What a shame!
Yes that too! but they receive so many applications at this of the year. Spare a thought for them too! They must be working overtime to sort all this.

As a Tier 4 visa holder, you will be considered as a "new entrant". Now, you need to find out what the SOC code is for your profession (Appendix J), what is th...
