Re: Sopra Steria appointments

Sopra Steria service is completely a sham. My wife uploaded all her documents 7 days before her appointment and she paid £35 for her documents to be checked. Less than 24 hours to her appointment, an email was sent that all her documents were cleared. Nothing to show whether documents were enough or...

I entered the UK less than 180 days after the issuance of my first visa and I have been in the UK since. Also my wife will apply for her ILR in December 2018.

Re: ILR FOR UK TIER 2 DEPENDANT

My initial visa started on 1st of April 2014 before it was extended to 14th March 2019 as my wife switched employer but still on tier 2 general. This means I have less than 28 days to reach 5 year and I assume there won't be any need to extend my visa or what do you think?. Also how soon can I start...

In my own case as her dependant, I will reach 5 years on 1st April 2019. However, my...
