Tier 4 Visa Extension

Hi all, I have applied for visa extension for Tier 4 with depandants. There is a lot of uncertainty surrounding visa applications. I am already in UK with my family and will need to start using maintenance funds and am worried bank account will not hold same amounts. What is timelines for applicatio...

Applying for tier 4 dependents at different times

I am going to be applying for or extending tier 4 visas for my dependents soon. I want to apply for them at different times. I want to know if one dependent gets their visa, and I apply for the other dependent at a later date, will I need to still show funding for the dependent who already has visa?

Re: Tier 4 at the airport

Perhaps it is the most recent statements that they require during immigration process at the airport. I contacted visa support team but they havent gotten back to me yet. Ive been on UKCISA and British council websites and they do say that financial documents will need to be shown on arrival at the ...

Tier 4 at the airport

Hi, I am due to travel to the UK in early September and needed some advice. I have received an email from the university that states that I need to carry bank statements that I submitted for my visa at the UK immigration. I have spoken with UKCISA to reconfirm, and their representative says that the...

Re: Length of visa on vignette tier 4 main applicant and dependents

Is it also odd that they got theirs before mine? Also, theres usually a letter that gives information about where to get BRP once in the UK. There was no such letter with the passports. Where do the passports actually go to get the visa vignette? I know the application is processed in Sheffield. Do ...

Length of visa on vignette tier 4 main applicant and dependents

Hi,

I applied for a tier 4 a week ago along with my dependents. While I am still awaiting my passport, my dependents have received their visas today with visa valid for 4 months, which I keep reading should be 30 days as the actual duration of stay is on BRP.
Is the length of visa a mistake?

Re: Not happy with credibility interview

I see no response even with 125 views. I'd appreciate thoughts on my queries. I have spoken with my sponsor and they have advised me to wait and see what happens. I spoke to some one at UKCISA and they thought that I shouldn't wait and make a complaint against the person interviewing me as their con...

Not happy with credibility interview

Hi all, I had my credibility interview today. Im not too happy with the way it went. For starters, the person taking the interview typed painfully slow and kept asking me to stop after every sentence. It seemed more of a dictation than interview. I had to give answers in sentences. And it took way l...

Re: Tier 4 dependants RQF level 6

Thanks. Just to clarify, the question actually asks: Does anyone rely on you financially, include those who will or will not be travelling with you. Our kids intend to travel, subject to visa approval. Now when this question popped up, we thought it meant more to do with depending on him financially...

Re: Tier 4 dependants RQF level 6

Hi, I have a similar query. I am applying for my partner and two children. In my husband's application, it asks whether he has any dependents that rely on him financially. I am only submitting my statements that have more than sufficient funds for all of our maintenance. If my husband says yes to ha...

Re: Tier 4 student Dependent Visa Admin Review refusal

Now, after the refusal, they say custody letters are only issued in a scenario where divorce or seperation has taken place. I feel my university office didn't guide me in the right direction and the information they are giving me now would've been a lot more useful if they had given me this informa...

Re: Tier 4 student Dependent Visa Admin Review refusal

We have a good travel history. I've been on a tier 4 and visitor visa. My husband has had a visitor visa. My eldest was born there and went for a visit once. The youngest has no travel history to uk. I think you may have misunderstood the requirement. None of this is relevant to coming to the UK wi...

What documentation of subsisting marriage did you submit? A marriage certificate is not sufficient. When did you arrive in the UK? Hi, I need some help with my case too. UK Tier 4 Dependent visa refusal... help

Hi, I recently applied for tier 4 with my two kids as dependents. Husband works in Pakistan and didn't want to move away from his work so we didn't apply for him. At one point when collecting documents for CAS, my univ asked me to submit a custody consent letter that says I have full custody of the ...

Re: Tier 4 Student Visa - September 2018 Intake Timeline

Hi all, Please I'd appreciate any helpful answers to my query. I found out a while ago that my univ has received my BRP and that a visa was granted to me on august 16. Is the visa validity from aug 16 to sep 16 then? I'm unsure as I still have heard nothing from vfs or ukvi. Is the visa issued for a...

Re: Tier 4 Student Visa - September 2018 Intake Timeline
