I'm currently with Stamp 1 critical skills visa, and I would like to apply for another position in my company.

1. Is there also a "1 year rule" before I can switch to another team?

2. Does my company have to sponsor me again or just notify DBEI and INIS?

I had my critical skills visa from June, 2018. Can I change team and title with the same employer within a year? Or I should keep the same title while moving to other teams? Many thanks for your answer
