Oh ok, 11/05, we asked the legal adviser and he said to continue with the (m) form. If we do and they don’t accept what is likely to happen?

Her BRP and spouse visa expired in May, unfortunately I was suppose to submit the paper work but got the dates wrong, so she is 3 month over her expiry of visa date. We have be advised by legal clinic to submit her application and attach a covering letter explaining my mistake

I am the husband of an applicant and sponsor but my bank statement have a different address to where we live. I have a letter form the bank with my home address on it (where we live) but i don't want them to cause problems. We have a 3 month over stay issue as well.
