It says : You must use it 3 months after getting it.
So if you read it correctly , once assigned you have to apply for visa within 3 months after that CoS expires .

you need original certificate only.
I have my visa rejected due to the fact that I had submitted Non Original NARIC .

Better to wait for Original , and then apply.
