Re: photos with €950 draft

I believe one photo is affixed to your naturalisation certificate. And given sometimes years between application and approval they want updated photos. You’ll need another set of four photos for your passport application after the ceremony

Re: Next Ceremony 26th November at Killarney

Exactly what I'm doing but then letters to Northern Ireland arrive three days after date of issue so I'm counting on some of you Republic-based candidates to report your invitations ASAP so I know when to *really* look! :D

Re: REGARDING LETTER FROM CITIZENSHIP DIVISION

Hi,
I had a request for similar information in April 2018, Received my second stage letter in June 2018 and Approval in September 2018. I doubt you will be at the November 2018 ceremony unfortunately.

Invitations are sent 4 to 5 weeks ahead of the date of ceremony. I would be expecting invites to be coming out during the last fortnight of October

Re: Phone line

I never got through on the phone line. My application turned 17months old on Monday when I surprisingly received my approval letter. I had emailed a week ago for an update and never got any automated response either. Read enough timelines here and you discover no rhyme or reason to application/appro...

Re: Paying the Naturalisation fee when resident in Northern Ireland

Michael,

I got a bankers cheque from Bank of Ireland in Lurgan made out in euro--you need someone with an account with the bank though. I went there since Bank of Ireland is in the Republic too. That was in April 2017 though...
