Re: Asking for days absent for naturalisation (again)

They asked me same. I submitted list of absences with original application, they wrote requesting list of absences again. I resubmitted what I already submitted.

Re: Long wait for passport return (Nov. 2018)?

I am in same situation as you. Applied end of October. I was able to call them last week Tuesday, the lady told me they were still processing applications received in September. Re: Clarification of 6 weeks absence rule

1) I wrote them an email few weeks ago regarding this, they confirmed it's per calendar year i.e Jan - Dec. But I suggest you write them an email to confirm as well.

2) As per previous posts on this forum, it's the gap in stamps as you stated.

Re: Utility Bills Requirements

They require 3 separate proofs of addresses for each year claimed. It should be on a letter headed paper of the company showing your name, address, date and to show utility as well.
In my experience, they usually ask for 2 different utility bills (e.g Electricity and gas) and bank statement.

Re: 6 weeks absence - how long is too long?

Thanks guys.
Just as an addendum, I have a couple of friends that applied, and I have noticed people from certain countries tend to get hold up for up to two yrs, whilst others within 6months, even though both non-EU countries. Anyone else noticed this?

6 weeks absence - how long is too long?

Hello guys, I am due to apply for naturalization based on 5yr non-EU residency. I had a total of 48 days outside the state instead of the 42 allowed, non-continuous in 2015. I was wondering if that's significant enough. Secondly, when calculating the number of days in the citizenship calculator, do ...
