Thank you for the information! But a few stupid questions:
What is a TD?
do I have to pay 100 for the card?
And also a Stamp 3 says I am NOT entitled to work so why should I get that? It seems a bit confusing...

No I don't have a stamp three, I just have the three month stamp I got when I came back into Ireland in July. I was curious if anyone was aware of the latest developments for work permits for EU1 pending non EU spouses. At the end of July the DETE posted on its website that the policy was under review for this type of permit and wouldn't be excepting applications. I applied anyway and got my rejection lette...
