Working in US for non-US sponse

Hi guys,

My husband is EU citizen and has an opportunity to get transferred to US with his company. I am EU citizen and non-US spouse.

My question: What type of visa would I get? Can I work in US when I move with him?

Thank you

In theory the rapid service is only for those who have a genuine emergency, but i have seen a lot of people who got their passport within a few days with stupid reasons (e.g. travelling next we...

Guys,

We are waiting for long and many hoped that we get some news today. This might not happen until 2021. Can we open up another online dispute or any thoughts on how we can go around?

Guys,

Re: Irish Citizenship: Can you refer to documents submitted during a previous application?

Hi,

As far as I know no. This happened with me with my first app for citizenship. I had to go and collect them again. If this is bills, you can always ring supplier and ask for a copy. Its better to submit copies where its possible.

As far as I know everyone is required to have it. They might request it from you at any stage so it is better to get your landlord/agency to do it asap.

Hi,

You will have to be married first to apply for EU Treaty rights. Not sure if there is a specific visa allowing you to work for those 3 months.

Re: IRELAND MARRIAGE INTERVIEW QUESTIONS

Hi, Ours was super easy and short. They sit down with you and your partner in the room. They asked where we work and live. Check all details on birthday certs, your parents details and then you sign a little doc with those details to make sure that it is going to be printed right on wedding cert. No...

Hi Jamalk, Thank you for sharing this experience with us - I think it helps to see the options for many of us. You mentioned that you should have done this long time ago. It has been very frustrating on this forum to see that not a lot of people hear from them in the last 6 months! I wonder how long...

Re: Travel options after naturalization is approved

the thing is that they give re-entry on the basis of a gnib card, which i won't have, will they issue the re-entry visa without the card? Did you send your GNIB card already? If you haven't I would recommend to get a re-entry visa ASAP before you send your GNIB card. In order to apply for a Schenge...

Re: Applying by end of December? Is that ok?

Hi,

I would apply on Jan. 2, stamp with solicitor on Jan 2 and sent it right away after. There is no point to snd your passport on Dec.28 as it will be delivered only on the Jan 2.

Re: 6 weeks rule - travel to UK - how to count -NON-EU

Hi,

Count as one day and submit the summary of all trips explaining that you travel to work to the UK with no stamp out, only in. Should be fine. I have few like this, sometimes exit stamp only, sometimes only one in Dublin on the way back.
