Within how many days should I apply for spouse visa

Is there any deadline by which my wife should apply for FLR M after I get my ILR? (like 21 days from my date of ILR). Her current PBS dependent visa is valid until 2021.

I got my ILR on 7th Feb 2018 through Long residence. Thank you!
