Don't use courier. Indian post officce's registered post is cheaper and very reliable service. I got few documents from India via it and it reached me here in UK in 5 working days.

My application said the same thing as UKICT. I have no idea what this other person is talking about.

If you are not in the UK, try sending a courier to this PO Box address and you will know what I am saying. Courier services need physical address which is missing from this form.
