Re: 30 hours childcare , one parent ILR

CR001 Do you advise the same for those applying for ILR 10 year long residence? I’ve recently applied in my name as I have ILR and received approval but I’m hesitant to use it next term as we’re worried it may affect my husbands application for SET(LR) due to apply in 4 months time. Many thanks.

Naturalisation and 30 hours free childcare?

Hi everyone, I'm looking to apply next year for BC ( after 12months after ILR based on 10 years long residence) and wanted to apply for the 30 hours free child-care scheme. Before I apply for it I wanted to make sure that this won't have a negative impact on my citizenship application in the future....

Re: Registering child for BC/referees

Hi
Another clarification please in addition to her age....do you think that the fact that she is a teaching assistant and not yet a teacher as in the list of accepted professions might be an issue?

Registering child for BC/referees

Hi I've asked the teacher and teaching assistant at nursery to be referees for my 3 year old son. They are both British citizens however now that they've given me their details the teacher is over 25 but the TA is only 24 years old. My question is do they meet the criteria as referees when you consid...

Thank you both very much for your advice. Vinny- in the first link you sent me you had previously posted the following: However, when the main applicant is granted ILR under Long residence, then there is a danger of curtailment. The PBS dependants cannot apply for further/indefinite leave to remain ...

Tier 4 to ILR- curtailment of visa?!

Hi I have just been granted ILR and my daughter will soon be applying for SET(LR) in her own right. My concern now is regarding my husband who is on a Tier 4 student dependent visa which expires 19 April 2019 and is not eligible yet to apply for SET(LR). From what I read on a similar older post it i...

Hi
I booked a PSC appointment a week ago it's after November 5th when the changes are due to take place. Anyone have any idea if that now means I have to submit an online application as well?
Thank you
