Dependent visa when main applicant in ILR

HI. I just need some advice. I have ILR now and mu husband's visa is PBS dependant from my former TIER 2 Visa. Where it says in the application form, BRP number of sponsor, will we provide my BRP number when I was still on a TIER 2 Visa or my BRP number now that I have ILR? Can someone shed a light ...

Dependent Application

Question. Hopefully you can answer guys. My husband is due to extend his dependent visa this august. The only thing, we do not have any bills under both our names. What other proof of cohabitation can you suggest?
Thanks.

Re: Tier 2 general extension, Sopra, super priority delay

How do you escalate a case? Can you do it by email? I don't feel like paying £2.5 a minute just to be told to wait a bit more There is a hotline wherein you can call them. I escalated it all through phone call and by writing to my MP. But to no avail, still awaiting results. I think you have to be ...

Re: Tier 2 general extension, Sopra, super priority delay

I’m in the same boat. Applied in Croydon last Dec 17 via super priority, no response until now. Escalated twice but only an email that I can refund the appointment fee if the delay was their fault. Oh dear waiting time. Mine is TIER 2 To ILR. Hi, I am also facing same problem of delay in getting de...

Re: New Appointment Centre UKVCAS

Today I received an email from HO stating that mu application is still under consideration. However, at the end of the email it says that my outcome will be sent in writing...I applied under superpriority and had my biometrics done last dec 17. It’s super delayed now. It’s an ILR application from Ti...

Re: ILR received! Experience of Croydon Centre

I kept calling them and they are not very helpful. I have spoken to people who went to Croydon as well and their application were very quick. I feel a bit anxious because I can not think of anything they will pick up on my case. I’m in a limbo really.😭

Re: ILR received! Experience of Croydon Centre

Hi. Congratulations to you ILR. I applied the same day as you in Sopra Steria in Croydon. My appointment was at 11 am. But sadly, up to now, I haven't received any decision yet. We have the same category and basically the same documents were asked from me. I applied for super priority but up until n...

Re: TIER 2 Dependent Visa outside UK- approved

Hi. Just an update, my husband's visa has been approved. As what I have said before, we only provided a marriage certificate and an invitation letter on top of the documents they asked from us. It's pretty quick as well. He applied on 8th of October and got the decision on 19th of October. But even ...

Re: TIER 2 Dependent Visa outside UK

Although, the documents listed in the application form was just indicating a marriage certificate, I was thinking it might have been...

Hi. I wonder if anyone can enlighten me. My husband has applied as my PBS dependent Tier 2 today. He is outside UK. He has completed all requirements however for some reason the supporting documents for a subsisting relationship such as pictures , call logs, and conversations were not taken by the p...
