We applied for resident return with help of migration agent, I don't think I am allowed to name a service on this forum. Also we got our friends and family in UK write letter of support, secured conditional job offers (school teacher) in rural area. Showed funds available to avoid public find ...

Does it mean I cannot apply at all?
I couldn't find any specific rule to this effect.
However in example case studies by home office they showed a person granted leave as she was visiting her grandkids as visitor.

Hi All I am a Canadian, moved to UK when I was 2 years old with my mother. Got ILR and then moved to Australia when 17 years old in 2012. Now I want to return to UK , as I left as a minor do I have a stronger case? I also visited UK as a visitor in May 2018, will it affect my application? Thanks in ...
