Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

I think all stressful waiting for ILR will be over when HO resume priority/super priority service. If someone doesn't want to wait, pay extra £800 to get decision next day. Otherwise you will have to be patient within service standard. But I do agree that HO should have a tracking system, we pay ove...

ILR qualifying period

Hello,

I'm applying for ILR Tier 2 5 years route.
My Tier 2 was granted on 17/11/2015.
I understand I can apply 28 days before qualifying period. But I'm not sure how HO calulate this?
For e.g. my 5 year qualifying period date is 17/11/2020 or 16/11/2020?

Any idea welcomed.

Thanks,
NH

[ILR Tier 2] "When did you first enter the UK?"

Hello, I'm applying for ILR on 5 years route Tier 2 (General). I first entered UK with Tier 4 visa in 09/2013, then I applied to switch to Tier 2 in 11/2015 after graduation. I'm wondering how I should answer this question from online application? When did you first enter the UK? This is the date yo...

Re: [ILR for Tier-2] salary threshold and working hours

Hello, Looks like UKVI has been updated the minimum earning threshold for Tier 2 ILR: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration-rules/immigration-rules-part-6a-the-points-based-system (d) The pay in (c)(ii)(2) or (3) above must: (i) be basic pay (excluding overtime); (ii) only include allowances where...

[ILR for Tier-2] salary threshold and working hours

Hello everyone, I'm going to apply for ILR this Nov after 5 years of holding Tier-2. I understand there is a minimum requirement of salary (£36,200 if apply after April 2020). But I'm wondering what number of working hours this threshold applies to. Is it standard 37.5 hours or regardless of working...
