Re: FLR (M) FIRST EXTENSION APPROVED | CATEGORY F | SPOUSE VISA

Thank you very much linaeaton, I hope my application gets approved like yours !! You have really heavy documents, nearly 5kg, that's a lot of work having made a photocopy pile as well. Ours is around 1.5kg cause I didn't make a photocopy pile. I've decided to just post the originals in cause I was ...

Marriage Certificate (original and translated certified version)

Was this the same translation document you provided when you applied for the first visa or a new translation for FLR(M)?
Hi ariamus, yes. That’s the exact same document I used when applied for the first visa :)

Re: FLR (M) FIRST EXTENSION APPROVED | CATEGORY F | SPOUSE VISA

That's exactly what we were thinking of doing, just signing it in case it was needed and explain about the situation. We actually use our money together for almost everything and the joint account was opened to help proof that we are paying the bills and rent together. We are using combined income ...

Re: FLR (M) FIRST EXTENSION APPROVED | CATEGORY F | SPOUSE VISA

Hi CandyLee,

I believe it depends. Are you using your partner’s income (alone or jointly) to prove the financial requirement? We both signed part 3 because we also had this doubt and it was all ok! Maybe easier to send it signed and put a little note explaining?

Re: Unmarried partner visa from brazil / spouse visa

Hi Rob, There is not need to have any document on both of your names (joint account, life insurance, etc). What you will need is 6 documents on your name and 6 documents on your partner’s name (12 in total) spread evenly through 2 years. So I think you should be fine. Make sure you also provide tons...

Re: Unmarried partner visa from brazil / spouse visa

Hi Rob, I’m brazilian too. I believe you and your partner do qualify for a spouse visa. Get as many documents as possible as a proof that you live together (including letters from family and friends, any bills or documents, pictures, etc). I think the fact that you have a visa in Brazil will also se...

Re: Sheffield address issue

Sorry for resurrecting an old thread here, but I am experiencing the same stressful situation. I too sent my parcel via Royal Mail last week to the Sheffield PO box address - who passed it onto Parcelforce because it was over 2KG. Parcelforce redirected the parcel to the 257 Ecclesall Road address ...

Re: Sheffield address issue

Hello guys! I've sent my documents via Parcel Force this Monday (15th October) too and no one at the Post Office told me that they wouldn't deliver it to a PO BOX. It shows at delivered and signed for on their website, but didn't receive any email from the Home Office. Did you application end up bei...
