i was planning on applying(online) when i'm on holidays(outside of the UK)
but if this is a problem i will apply when i'm back.

Re: Date Of Application - ILR

This is a risk and I know at least one member being in the same situation as yours having had to cancel the application (then claim for refund) and re-applying within 28 days of qualifying period. He did that for peace of mind. The decision is at the casework's discretion because I know they could ...

Are bank statements necessary for ILR SET (O) ?
1. You should continue in your own topic you already have.

2. Yes you need to submit bank statements and payslips for ILR based on Tier 2.
I don't have my own topic.

2. thank you for the info. Just internet banking printout is enough ?

Re: Submitted Online Form today - have I applied to early?

I spoke with an immigration lawyer today. Summary below: 1. There is no clear guidance by UKVI about this precise situation but she leans towards "online submission date is to be considered the application date". There does seem to be more of a consensus on this board in the last day or so that thi...

Hello, I've been reading documents pertaining to the change in rules in terms of applying online only for ILR for Tier 2 applicants. I had the following question, hope this can be clarified: Under the 28 days rule, I qualify to apply for ILR from 15th December onwards and I had read somewhere that ...

Re: Tier 2 to ILR new system from November 2018

Hi, can we submit the online application form and made the payment before we are 28 days prior to the 5 years completion duration? I hope not, I think it only applies to actual appointment when you book. (I could be wrong) I can only apply from 26 of December onwards, but I have made my payment and...

Re: ILR via Tier 2 - Letter from Previous Employer

Just to clarify.

I should be alright not providing as I wasn't above 30 days.

But do I have any other option to the fact that the company told me they won't provide a letter, unless requested directly from the Home Office ?

Re: ILR via Tier 2 - Letter from Previous Employer

Thanks for the reply,
would suffice to write in the cover letter that the company denied to provide letter but if contact directly they'll provide the information ?

My absences does't go above 30 days per financial year during the period worked for that company.

ILR via Tier 2 - Letter from Previous Employer

Hello Forum, I've been gathering all the documents I need for my ILR and my previous employer doesn't want to give me a signed letter for work proof(I got this covered since I have all payslips p60s and p45) and absences(I'm under the 180days rule per 12months). In his words. "I won't sign something...
