Re: FLR(M) Renewal

Re: FLR(M) Renewal

You should get your application started in early December before they double the NHS surcharge otherwise you'll end up having to pay an extra £500 for this, but keep in mind when you would be eligible for ILR under the 5 year route otherwise you may end up in a situation like me, where you have to a...

Re: FLR(M) Renewal

Thanks for getting back to me. Ill apply sometime towards the end of December then I think. Would you happen to have any idea why my visa was granted for 31 months? Is it normal for HO to make mistakes in dates, or was I just lucky? Cheers. Gudday :) The HO probably make mistakes with dates all the...

Re: over 1 month since payment taken and no acknowledgement letter or email or any word from the Home Office (self emplo

This is defenitely not because of self employment rather its very usual in now a days. A lot applicants are only receiving just a generic automatic email instead traditional styled paper acknowledgement letter. Thanks for replying, however I didn't even receive an email. I live in North Yorkshire a...

Re: Documents for FLR (M) Extension

i will send all what i have but my question was is it compulsory to send the current tenancy agreement as proof of accommodation? I don't think it is, as long as you have other original items (in both names) to prove co-habitation with your sponsor/spouse, such as utility bills, any letters from te...

Re: Documents for FLR (M) Extension

I would send in as much information as possible, so if you have a valid tenancy agreement then send it in... Alternatively, send in what you have and get the application underway, then if more information is required they will write to you requesting this and you don't have to pay another fee unless...

Re: No acknowledgement letter received from home office

Hi, I am in the same situation, as I posted in my 2nd FLR(M) extension application on Friday 5/10 and on the following Tuesday the fee was taken from the credit card I provided (and I can see from the Royal Post tracking that it was received in Durham on the Monday morning). It's been just over 4 we...
