Re: Bank Statements

We went in and they said they don’t do it in the branch. They said they won’t post it to the home address. It’s been over 3 weeks and nothing received yet.

Bank Statements

Quick question about bank statements for ILR I’m applying tomorrow and we noticed a few days ago my husbands original bank statements were not being delivered as the bank decided to turn off paper statements. I have two options now regarding this - 1. Ask him to print off an online statement which i...

Re: Can I apply for SET (M) now??

Thank you. I’m writing a cover letter and I want to explain the situation of the two FLRMs followed by the SETM which was refused as I applied earlier than 60 months and then the FLRM extension again which expires in August 2021. Could you help me calculate the number of months I have been in this c...

Re: Application documents for SET(M)

Thanks Seagul we have all our paper statements at home but downloading them online was so much easier than scanning and uploading through every page. My partner gets paid weekly. And his statements can be downloaded until the 24th Nov showing the pay going into the account. As it is within 28 days o...

Application documents for SET(M)

It’s been a while since I applied for FLRM and this time we are applying for SET(M) under the 5year route. We have chosen not to use a lawyer as this platform has been very useful to me previously. Can a moderator please check the documents and let me know if I have missed out anything. I would real...

Re: Earliest I can apply

Thank you - just making sure I won’t get any surprises on a 10 year route because I went from applying for two flrm competing 58 months getting a refusal and then back onto FLRM.
It’s been stressful so I wanted a second opinion.

Earliest I can apply

Tricky situation and probably CR001 may remember I was due to apply for SET M and did apply but I got refused on the grounds of applying too early. My BRP was due to expire on the 3rd of Dec and I was given the option to apply for an extension before then. Which obviously I ended up doing . There is...

Thank you Segul. If there is a problem I will ask them to call.
With Christmas and NY it’s so difficult to know if anything will come in the post but I’m still hopeful.
Thank you for your help.

Re: Case reference number

The ECS asks for an ongoing case ID number or application number. It will not proceed without the case ID. :/

Re: Case reference number

Hi Segul thank you for your response but the link takes me the the ECS check link which again would require my employer to have a case reference number to do a check. As I don’t have this at the moment is there anything I can do to prove to them my application is in process?
