Hi Rkohdi,
Give them your last 5 years P60 and request bank to give you a statement from last 5 years whatever date you got married for your first marriage. Call your bank and they will provide you or visit your branch.

Yeah, its really annoying situation whenever you call them they give the same reply as they have already set their answer.
How you made a complaint. Like do I need to call them.
Please update when you receive an email from them or your decision hope they will send soon.
